ALYSSA BURGESS

Alyssa has been dancing for more than 15 years, beginning her journey at BB Dance Productions and graduating from the studio in 2023. During her years as a BB dancer, she also served as a student teacher, gaining valuable experience working with younger dancers and developing an early passion for teaching and mentorship.

For the past two years, Alyssa has continued that passion as a BB Dance Productions instructor. She enjoys creating a fun, encouraging environment where dancers feel supported as they strengthen their technique, build confidence, and grow as performers.

Alyssa currently attends the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she is pursuing a degree in Health Systems Management with a minor in Dance and plans to graduate in Fall 2027. She is also a four-year member of the UNC Charlotte Dance Team and a four-time All-American recipient.

In addition to performing, Alyssa enjoys choreography and has had the opportunity to create gameday routines for her teammates. As both a former BB student and current instructor, she is proud to give back to the studio that helped shape her as a dancer and to be part of creating that same experience for the next generation of BB dancers.
