KAMRYN HAILEY

Kamryn Hailey is a Charlotte native and proud BB Dance Productions alumna who began dancing at the age of three. During her 14 years as a BB dancer, Kamryn was an integral member of the competition team, contributing to numerous awards, overall honors, and national titles while developing the strong foundation and love for dance that continue to shape her today.

After graduating from high school, Kamryn attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a four-year member of the Carolina Girls Dance Team. During her senior year, she was selected to serve as a team captain, further strengthening her experience in leadership, performance, and teamwork.

Kamryn continued her education at UNC, earning a Master of Arts from the Hussman School of Journalism and Media. Following graduate school, she returned home to Charlotte and to BB Dance Productions.

Now as an instructor, Kamryn is excited to pour back into the studio where her own love for dance began. She is passionate about helping dancers grow in confidence, technique, and performance while carrying forward the same sense of excellence, community, and family that made BB such an important part of her own journey.
